My name is Hanneke Stegweg and I am the founder and owner of HS-Logistics consulting & interim management.
Over the past years I worked in various functions in the field of supply chain management. After graduating "Science and Innovation Management" at the University of Utrecht I started as a project manager in an international distribution center at in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods branch. Previously I have worked as Supply Chain Management consultant for IBM on international assignments in various industries finance, retail and electronics.
Before joining IBM I worked for Philips Lighting Distribution in Paris for 3 years. I started as supply chain project manager and later worked as logistics account manager for the retail, OEM and professional market. Later I had the position of Chief Warehouse Engineering Department and was responsible for the daily management of the divisions: project management, warehouse support and data management.
In this role I was accountable for the optimization of operational processes for the south of Europe and managed a broad scale of cross functional and cross organizational
projects aiming at efficiency optimization and cost reductions.
